ABOUT US

Supporting Every Step, Together
At Together Livin, we’re here to walk alongside people with diverse needs—supporting them to live independently, make their own choices, and shape a life that feels truly their own.
We believe everyone has something special to offer. That’s why we focus on what each person can do, not what they can’t. By encouraging individuals to explore their strengths, develop new skills, and grow in confidence, we help create positive changes that ripple through their lives and into their communities.
Care That Sees the Whole Person
Our approach is about more than just support—it’s about connection, kindness, and understanding. We take time to get to know each person’s story, values, and goals, so we can tailor support that feels natural and meaningful.
From emotional wellbeing to cultural, social, and health needs, we provide a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
A Place to Belong, A Life to Lead
Together Livin is more than a service—it’s a community. A place where individuals are encouraged to thrive, not just survive. We’re proud to stand beside people as they take steps toward the life they want, knowing we’ll be there for every high, every low, and everything in between.
Meet The Team

Scott Jebb (Managing Director)
Scott brings a substantial background in developing and sustaining successful businesses across a variety of sectors. With years of experience in leadership and operational strategy, he understands what it takes to build strong, resilient organisations. But beyond his commercial experience, it’s Scott’s genuine passion for the care sector that truly sets him apart. He is deeply committed to creating services that don’t just meet expectations—but exceed them, by focusing on what truly matters: the people.
With a heart for care and a head for business, Scott combines his strategic mindset with a deeply person-centred philosophy. He believes that outstanding care starts with compassion, empathy, and a willingness to listen. His vision is to lead a service that not only runs efficiently, but also feels like a safe and nurturing home for those who rely on it.
Scott takes pride in being approachable and hands-on, often taking the time to get to know the individuals and teams he works with on a personal level. His goal is to ensure that every decision made, from frontline support to boardroom strategy, is shaped by kindness, integrity, and the real-life needs of the people his organisation supports. At his core, Scott is driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference—and to lead a service where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.

Throughout his career, Simon has remained committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those he supports. He brings not only professional expertise but also genuine empathy and care to every role he takes on.
Previously serving as a CQC Registered Manager, Simon has always gone above and beyond to ensure the people in his care feel safe, respected, and supported to achieve their goals. He is passionate about putting people at the heart of everything he does—using his knowledge and lived experience in the care sector to create environments where individuals can thrive, grow in confidence, and work towards greater independence.

He works closely with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, RMNs, RNLDs, social workers, and occupational therapists—to build wraparound care that is responsive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. His approach is always centred on dignity, safety, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to live a full and meaningful life.
Simon also cares deeply about the wellbeing and development of his team. Having managed large groups of staff across different services, he is known for being approachable, fair, and supportive. He leads by example—ensuring that every team member feels valued, listened to, and empowered to do their best work. He’s passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards, where staff are encouraged to grow and services consistently meet and exceed CQC, safeguarding, and legal requirements.
His strong understanding of care governance—ranging from financial oversight and medication management to staff files and compliance—reinforces his commitment to safe, effective, and person-centred support. But at the heart of it all, Simon’s focus remains the same: to help people live better lives, and to support his teams in delivering care that is both professional and deeply human.

Cheerish Jose Jebb
Cheerish qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in 2008 and has remained a dedicated, compassionate presence within the NHS ever since. With a calm and reassuring nature, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to her work—qualities that have made a real difference to the lives of those in her care.
Currently working as a staff nurse on a geriatric ward, Cheerish provides high-quality, person-centred care to elderly patients with complex and often long-term medical needs. She approaches each patient with empathy and patience, taking the time to understand not just their health conditions, but their personal stories, values, and needs. Her ability to advocate for her patients and support them with dignity and respect has earned her the trust of both colleagues and families alike.
Before this, Cheerish spent six years working in a fast-paced A&E department, where she gained vital experience in emergency care. There, she supported vulnerable adults and children during some of the most critical and challenging moments of their lives. Her time in A&E honed her clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as her ability to remain calm and focused under pressure—always putting patient safety and wellbeing first.
In addition to her NHS roles, Cheerish has valuable experience in residential care settings, where she supported both children and adults with a wide range of physical, emotional, and social needs. This breadth of experience has shaped her holistic approach to care—understanding that healing and support extend beyond medical treatment.
Throughout her career, Cheerish has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. Whether responding to emergencies or supporting someone through their recovery journey, she remains focused on the individual behind the diagnosis—treating each person with kindness, professionalism, and unwavering respect.
